About The Workshop

This workshop is intended for staff who come into contact with the general public or for staff who may be working with potentially difficult & aggressive people. The days events will include part theory but the main focus is on the practical approach when dealing with aggression and violence. A superbly facilitated day with plenty of interaction and believe it or not - fun!
