About The Workshop

HR is often seen as the function responsible for disciplinary issues. Their role within this procedure should be to guide and advise, while remaining a neutral party. The managers role has a far greater responsibility within the disciplinary process, yet they are often overlooked when it comes to formal training. To enable managers to follow good practice and remain within the law, they must have a sound understanding of disciplinary matters.
