This one day workshop is aimed at individuals in business that have a responsibility for training. It may be induction training, 1-1, coaching or general employee development. Endorsed by the Institute of Leadership & Management, the programme is nationally recognised.

The course content is designed and delivered to national standards and contains areas from the CIPD Certificate in Training Practice. A fun lively course, with lots of interaction attendees who complete the workshop, will leave having the skills to help others learn. Presentation skills are also included in the course and feedback from a CIPD qualified trainer is invaluable.
