On Target Learning are an experienced, fun and lively organisation with a passion to deliver high quality training and development interventions. We can guarantee that all our training workshops (even Health & Safety!) will be informative, cost effective, useful and fun. We have trainers and tutors that not only know their subject areas inside out, they know how to deliver quality training. Training Director Ginny Roberts says " When I founded On Target Learning, I was determined that the training and development we offered must be to National Occupational Standards but it MUST be fun and it MUST be applicable to the workplace" Here at OTL we think we've managed to achieve our objective. Feedback from regular customers like; BBraun, Stagecoach, NHS, The Sheffield Assay Office and many more tell us that their staff go back to work motivated and raring to go after attending our workshops. This is down to the values of the organisation and the view that 'OTL customers are always right' Customer service is key to our success. You won't see an advert for OTL, as all our business comes from recommendations. We believe that's because we 'look after' our customers. Our mission is to be the best Sheffield training provider by 2008. Our trainers are qualified, both in the subject matter they deliver and also hold appropriate training qualifications. So you can be sure we know our subject areas, inside and out. Management training is delivered by qualified experienced managers. Our first aid and health & safety trainers have a wealth of experience and qualifications. Our programmes and workshops are based on sound theories and philosophies, but are delivered in a pragmatic and practical method in order that delegates can take the learning experiences and apply them to everyday work related situations.
